These terms apply to the use of travelax.ae and the services of Travelax Travel & Tourism, a private travel agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our role

• Travelax provides visa assistance, document preparation, appointment booking, travel reservations and related travel services.
• We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any embassy, consulate or government authority. You may apply directly through official government channels.

Visa decisions

• All visa decisions, processing times and requirements are determined solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee approval or specific processing times.

Fees

• Our service fees are separate from government, embassy, visa application centre and third-party fees. Fees are confirmed with you before you proceed.
• Government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid. Our service fee refund terms are confirmed in your quotation.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing complete, true and accurate information and genuine documents. False or misleading information may lead to refusal, and we may stop providing services in that case.

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Travelax is not liable for decisions of authorities, delays, or losses arising from third-party services.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
